What information will LIMBIC collect?

When you sign up to receive a service from LIMBIC Learning, such as our newsletter, to get a quote, or to send a request we may ask for personal information about you. This can comprise your name, e-mail address, organisation and position held, postal address, telephone or mobile number. Different services we offer may require you to provide different information.

Entering your details in the fields requested enables LIMBIC to provide you with the services you select.

How will LIMBIC use collected information?

• for the purposes of the services you have signed up to, or to notify you of any changes to that service
• to contact you about a submission you have made through the website
• for occasional marketing purposes
• to promote new services if you have specifically agreed to be contacted for these purposes

LIMBIC Learning will not use your personal information for any other purposes. LIMBIC will keep your information confidential.

How long is information kept?

Your personal information will be on our system while you receive the service. Personal information is kept on the system for a period of 6 months for administration purposes  following the ending of the service before being deleted.
